About Gainfront
We build the record your supply chain runs on, and we stay for the whole journey.
Our mission
To give every customer one record of truth from their very first supplier onward, and to stand with them at every stage of the supplier lifecycle until a risk-free supply chain isn't an ambition but the way their business runs.
That mission is a commitment to each customer individually. No two procurement organizations carry the same categories, mandates, systems or constraints, so we start with what yours actually looks like, then build the record around it rather than asking you to work around ours.
What the mission commits us to
Three promises, and they hold from the first supplier to the thousandth.
01
Built to your business, not to our template
Your categories, approval chains, compliance mandates and existing systems shape the configuration. We do the work of fitting the platform to how your team already operates, because a record nobody recognizes is a record nobody maintains.
02
One record of truth, from the very beginning
The supplier's first intake form starts the record. Sourcing, contracts, risk, spend, performance, diversity and ESG all attach to it. Nothing important about a supplier lives in a second system, an inbox, or someone's memory.
03
A holistic view of supply chain health
Risk is not a module you buy: it's the condition of the whole chain. Financial, operational, cyber, compliance and delivery signals read together, at every stage, so exposure surfaces while you can still do something about it.
Holistic by design
Every stage of the lifecycle is a place risk can enter. So every stage is covered.
Most platforms secure one stage well and leave the others to spreadsheets and goodwill. Gainfront treats the lifecycle as one continuous record, with an assessment attached to each stage and the same score carrying forward through all of them.
What "no surprises" means, stage by stage
- DiscoveryCategory fit, diversity status and financial standing are known before anyone requests a quote.
- OnboardingDue diligence runs inside the approval workflow. Inherent risk is scored on the first submission, not after go-live.
- ContractingObligations, clauses and renewal dates attach to the same supplier, so commitments are visible to the people who have to meet them.
- PerformanceERP-sourced delivery and quality data moves the supplier's score continuously rather than once a year.
- Ongoing riskCyber, financial, compliance and geographic signals monitored against thresholds, with a workflow the moment one breaks.
- Renewal or exitThe full history is there when the decision comes, including a clean offboarding that doesn't leave open access or obligations behind.
Customer success
Our customers succeed because we don't hand over a login and leave.
Procurement transformations fail in the months after the contract is signed, not during the demo. So the commitment we make at the start is the same one we're keeping in year three: the same team, the same record, the same accountability for whether it's working.
Weeks 1–4
We learn your operation
Your categories, approval chains, mandates and systems, mapped before anything is configured. Messy data is expected; cleaning it up is our job, not your homework.
Go-live
The record starts complete
Suppliers migrate with diligence, risk scoring and compliance status attached, so day one on Gainfront is not day one of your data.
Every quarter
We review the outcomes, not the usage
Cycle times, risk exposure, coverage and savings against what you set out to change. When a number isn't moving, that's our problem to solve with you.
Year two and beyond
The platform grows with the mandate
New regulations, new categories, new tiers of diversity reporting. What changes is the configuration, never the supplier record underneath it.
Our commitment
Every customer gets the same thing: a team that stays until it works.
We measure ourselves on whether our customers reach the outcome they bought the platform for: a supply chain they can vouch for at every stage. That standard applies to every account we take on, whether it's a lean team of four or a Fortune 1000 procurement organization spanning twelve countries.
- Named team, not a ticket queue. The people who ran your implementation are the people you reach in year three.
- Configuration included, not quoted. Fitting the platform to your process is part of the relationship, not a change order.
- Procurement people on both sides. The team advising you has run these processes, not just sold software for them.
Leadership
Our leadership team.

Hetal Mehta
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Hetal brings a strong technology background and twenty years in the procurement space: two decades that gave her a close view of where legacy tools break down. She watched teams do by hand what their software should have handled, reconcile systems that were never built to speak to each other, and carry risk they had no way to see coming. Gainfront began there: build customers the single source of truth she had spent a career watching them go without. She founded it as an MBE- and WBE-certified business, so the diversity and inclusion requirements Gainfront reports on are ones she has had to meet as a supplier herself.

Leena Menon
VP, Operations & Customer Success
Leena owns what happens after the contract is signed: implementation, data migration, go-live and the quarterly reviews that follow for as long as the relationship lasts. Every Gainfront customer to date has reached go-live and stayed, which is the number she holds herself to rather than a ticket queue metric. Her teams work the customer's process rather than a standard playbook, because the fastest implementations are the ones that match how a procurement team already operates.

Swaroop
Lead Architect
Swaroop manages Gainfront's technical architecture, keeping the platform compliant with the security and data standards every customer has to answer for, and keeping it current: the latest technology where it improves the day-to-day experience, and the latest in AI implementation where it gets customers more value out of the platform they already pay for.

Neil Strachan
Product Lead, Risk
Neil leads RiskMetrix and the Smart TPRM framework: the inherent risk scoring that runs during onboarding, the reliability index that follows the supplier afterward, and the threshold workflows that fire before a problem becomes a disruption. He is the reason risk in Gainfront is a property of the supplier record rather than a report generated after the fact.

Samuel Francis
Digital Marketing Lead
Samuel Francis brings nine years of digital marketing experience, backed by a master's in digital and creative marketing. He has grown multiple startups from 0 to 1 and beyond, and specializes in mapping content to the customer journey so every channel and asset meets buyers where they are, with the message they need next.

Jonathan Mayes
Jonathan Mayes is a DEI executive, attorney, and keynote speaker. As former SVP and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Albertsons, he led DEI across nearly 2,300 stores and 300,000 employees, and has been named among the Top 100 D&I executives in the U.S. three times. On Gainfront's board he keeps supplier diversity tied to how companies actually operate.
